Rich dental patients only. If you have good insurance, which most dont these sad days, you are covered there. But if you have Medicaid you are out of luck because they don't care about the poor and needy in our community. Only the rich.

He and his team are absolutely amazing. 5 dentists kept sending my son to other places to try and save his back molars. They were not confident in themselves to provide sufficient care. Dr. Clifton had no doubts and has been successful in fixing them. It's been a process but I feel we are in the right direction! ! Thank you!!

Was told to "call around" after I told the receptionist I needed to make an emergency appointment. I am not an established patient, so my dental health was of no concern. Two permanent patients lost.

The staff was assholes, at first they didn't want me going in the room with my 6 year old,who never had dental work, then I heard her freaking out about 30 minutes later. So I kinda just barged in and immediately started talking to her, to calm her down. Both dentist and his assistant interrupted me and said do not talk to her, they was not working on her teeth yet they was getting ready to numb her gums. Then while waiting for the numbing to kick in I started talking to my daughter to help calm her and explain it's not that scary then I got interrupted again when they said only they are the only ones supposed to talk to her. Then she said she still felt pain when he touched her gums. They gave her more numbing, then when he started working on her teeth she started crying saying it hurts really bad, he kept working and called her a Liar. That is very unprofessional. I will not come back and do not recommend for anybody.

The Service was good, and staff was friendly. However when I had a filling done at the end of the visit I paid up in cash with a 0 balance and left. a couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail for an additional 140+. I went in and talked to the ladies at the front desk for an explanation where after 5 min I was asked to join the lady in her office. after several more minutes of my questions being avoided I persisted and found out what had happened is the filling that was placed in the back of my mouth was done with a white compound which my insurance was not covering. several more minutes I found out that there was an option available for a silver filling that the insurance company would have covered. I told the lady that I will not be paying for something I was not informed I had a choice over that resulted in me paying more money then was quoted. I then got threatened of my bill going to collections. I at this point not one to be threatened started raising my voice and another assistant walked by and closed her office door. just after that the lady I was dealing with started crying and saying she had some personal stuff going on and understands my frustration and know that it is a lot of money. I told her I didn't come in that day to make anyone upset and started feeling sorry for the adult woman.... She then said she would talk to the Dr. and call me shortly. just after that I open my mail informing me that the bill will be going to collections! I have no problem paying a bill I am responsible for, but when I was not informed of an option that my insurance company would have covered and the choice be made for me that costs more it make for an unhappy customer... You all have been warned... Good luck
